Lust is a type specimen that advertises and showcases the features of the voluminous Didone typeface Lust designed by Niel Summeror.
I wanted to connote Lust as an elegant, luxurious, and sophisticated typeface with classic features and chose a black and white palette. The duality and opposing black and white represents the typeface being traditional but modern.
I focused on using the individual letters, especially the ones with luscious swashes and ball finials, as illustrative characters.
